This is one of very few bridal shops in the San Diego area that made me feel like I can order a dress from them and have everything go well. The staff is honest and helpful, they know their stuff so well that they took my description of what I like and found the dress I ended up ordering. They didn't pressure me to buy things I don't want, but they did make sure I had everything I need.

I'm only halfway through purchasing a gown, so I can only review what I've experienced so far. My dress arrives at the end of March.

Sarah was wonderful. This was the last shop of the day and we were glad that we came.After trying on many dresses chosen by the bride to be, Sarah suggested something completely different than my daughter thought she would like, and BOOM. IT WAS THE ONE!! I would recommend this place, customer service and attentiveness was on you the customer. Thank you thank you .
