    This lady, assuming is a manager, stayed on the phone to talk about how she can't believe payroll is so low during this time of year, and how she is excited about an employee that's going to start working all while I was standing at the register waiting to be helped. She finally flagged an employee who was cleaning the messy display to come help us. Clearly the manager isn't focused on customer service , assuming she is a manager.
