I agreed this place is cheap but he's not an honest person, he told me if he put a converter for me the car will pass so he gave me an estimated, when the job was done I went to pay for it, it was less then he told me so I reminded him I was suppose to pay more, then he told me it's because he's not allow to do the test but at the beginning he said he was going to do the test and the work which was guarantee to pass. HE"S NOT AN HONEST PERSON, DON'T GO THERE
