    Called for an estimate. He had asked me to explain my situation. As I was doing my best to answer his questions he interrupts me to say "Oh I get it, you're confused. Well if the problem isn't fixed you can't blame me, okay?"
    Obviously this says nothing about the work he does, as we didn't get past the phone call... I'll take my money elsewhere to someone who doesn't talk down to their potential customers.
