El Norte Villas Apartments at 1051 West El Norte Parkway, Escondido, California.

Terrible place to live. They have a cockroach and flea infestation! Not to mention they LOST my Renter's insurance and I wasn't able to move in until they received a 2nd copy. I understand that they needed that information but if they were going to be irresponsible and LOSE it they should at least still give me the keys to the apartment. I had to sleep in my car that day because I got of from work after 6 and my roommate didn't have the Renter's insurance information. So Unprofessional! The complex is just gross and small. The management team is terrible and don't care about any concerns people may have like the flea and roach infestation. Completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'm so glad I am out of here and the lease is over. Do yourself a favor and find a different complex. There are plenty to just the street opposite end of the freeway.
