Do not go here. They are swindling thieves. I switched from Verizon yesterday for metro pcs. I had my phone and my mom's phone ported over. I got the ZTE blade and my mom which is 75 a LG K20. I paid 80 dollars for the bill and 27 for taxes on phone which I was cool with. I went home and my mom saw my big phone and she said she wanted a big phone like mine cause she could see better on it. So I told her I'd go back and exchange it since I had just bought the phone an hour ago. Rosa the store lady said yeah come on in and we can exchange it for me. So I drove 30 min back to store. Rosa said she was waiting for Cristian the manager to get there to help her do exchange. He called and they spoke Spanish the whole time on phone and then she said she can do it for a 50 dollars fee . I told her tell him to waive it since I was just here and it's for my elderly mom. She said he said no. Give them 50 dollars to do it. I said no and left. I called a bunch of metro pcs stores around and asked about fee and they said they don't have one. It's not the policy for metro pcs. So I called back the store and they said deal with it and it's our rule. They are trying to get side cash on side. Report them and do not go
