If zero stars were an option my rating would be lower. New insurance assigned us NCDS for my teen daughters dental coverage. They got their teeth cleaned a few times without an issue. Last time however I had to change the appointment with plenty of notice. The office person I dealt with was flat and unfriendly if not rude.my main complaint though is that they said my daughter had her first cavity (she’s 16). I figured it’d happen at some point, but when my teen daughters told me how unorganized and unsure of some of the things the staff was supposed to know I went for a second opinion. Guess what!! No cavities at all, not even the start of one. Yikes! Stay far, far away if you can!!!
