This review does not describe all staff at this location, but I have been going here for 2 years and have always had bad experiences with the staff. Don’t get me wrong, some of the ladies are very nice, however, there are a few that I can say are incredibly rude. Whether it be phone conversations or in person, these ladies are just not very professional. Of course, they never give names on their voicemails or over the phone so I couldn’t say exactly who. Hopefully this changes so they don’t lose more patients. Doctors are fine from my experience so try another location.
